Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Kairali Management Services, located in Kochi. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and support, managing the Managing Director's diary, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and performing various administrative tasks. The role requires managing schedules, preparing reports, and ensuring all administrative functions are performed efficiently.

Qualifications

Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling
Strong Communication skills and ability to handle correspondences effectively
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
