Job Description


Executive Assistant (EA)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Act as a liaison between the MD, staff members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal staff at all levels.
  • Participate in team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as required.
  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned by the MD.
  • Manage the MD’s schedule and arrange meetings, both internal and external ensuring all necessary materials and information are provided in a timely manner.
  • Assist the MD with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and reports as directed by the MD.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other materials for meetings and events.
  • Support the organization of events, including conferences, workshops, and other activities as required.


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
