Executive Assistant to Managing Director

• Manage the MD’s daily calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the MD (emails, calls, correspondence).
• Organize domestic and international travel, visas, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and follow-up minutes.
• Maintain a filing system for important documents, contracts, and confidential files.
• Assist in coordinating strategic initiatives and tracking project progress.
• Liaise with internal departments on behalf of the MD.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Support in reviewing contracts, agreements, and business documentation.
• Follow up on action items discussed in executive meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
