Your responsibilities will include creating detailed 3D models, conducting design analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all designs meet industry standards and regulations. Additionally, you will be involved in prototype development, testing, and optimization for manufacturability, cost, and quality control. Your technical support during production stages will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our projects. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design. Proficiency in SolidWorks is a must, as well as a strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) will be beneficial for this position.
