Production Supervisor

You will be working as a Plant Supervisor at HR Steel Industries Pvt Ltd located in Sankrail Industrial Park. With 5-6 years of experience in plant operations or a similar supervisory role, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing/production facility. Your responsibilities will include planning and monitoring production schedules, optimizing resource allocation, supervising and motivating a team of plant workmen/labors, ensuring quality control, coordinating maintenance activities, and preparing operational reports for management using Google Sheets. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, have proven experience in plant operations or supervisory roles in a mechanical manufacturing setup, possess strong leadership and team management skills, and exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills.
