Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Calendar and Schedule Management:

    Manage the Director's schedule, book appointments, and handle all related logistics.
  • Travel Coordination:

    Arrange all aspects of the Director's travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Communication:

    Draft and send correspondence, handle incoming calls and emails, and act as a point of contact.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination:

    Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Assist with the planning and logistics of events, conferences, and workshops.
  • Document and Information Management:

    Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain and organize sensitive information, records, and files with strict confidentiality.
  • Operational and Strategic Support:

    Act as a liaison between the Director's office and other departments. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes. Assist with project management and ensure tasks are completed on time.
