Role & responsibilities

Supplier Management:
Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on technical capabilities, quality, cost, and reliability.
Technical Sourcing:
Understand complex technical specifications and requirements for electrical equipment and components to ensure proper sourcing.
Negotiation:
Secure favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules by negotiating contracts with suppliers.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with engineering, project management, and production teams to define material needs and ensure alignment.
Procurement Execution:
Manage the entire procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving supply chain issues.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure all procured items meet relevant industry standards, regulations, and project requirements.
Cost Analysis:
Conduct cost analysis to find opportunities for cost reduction and optimize procurement strategies.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate procurement records and manage supplier documentation, such as drawings and technical specifications.
