• Confidential Founders’ Office Support – Manage calendars, communications, and sensitive information with the highest level of trust and discretion.
• High-Level Administrative Excellence – Coordinate meetings, organize travel, prepare reports, and ensure seamless operations for the leadership team.
• Research & Strategic Insights – Deep dive into AI, ML, and cutting-edge tools (ChatGPT, Kimi, Claude, Gemini, etc.), track industry trends, and present crisp, actionable insights.
• Business Development & Client Relations – Support in preparing presentations, documents, and client communications that drive growth.
• Event & Project Management – Assist in company events, team-building initiatives, and founder-led projects with precision and creativity.
• Innovation & Process Improvement – Bring fresh ideas and smart solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
