Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the Founder in both strategic and operational capacities. This role requires a proactive professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-level responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support & Communication

Act as the right hand to the Founder in daily operations, communication, and decision-making support.
Serve as a key liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, including B2B partners, clients, and collaborators.

  • Calendar & Schedule Management

Manage the Founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and events while ensuring optimal time utilization and priority alignment.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visa processing, hotel bookings, and itinerary planning when required.

  • Meeting Coordination & Documentation

Prepare agendas, take and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and follow up on action items.
Ensure timely execution of decisions made in key meetings.

  • Project Coordination

Track strategic projects or initiatives led by the Founder and provide timely updates and reminders.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.

  • B2B Communication & Relationship Management

Assist in drafting business proposals, partnership outreach emails, and follow-ups with potential B2B clients.
Help organize and coordinate events, meetings, or visits with external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in Technology (B.Tech) and an MBA (preferred from a reputed institution).
  • Experience: 0–2 years in an executive assistant, strategy associate, or founder’s office role.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
