Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic professional who will act as the Executive Assistant to the Director while also managing Sales Reporting functions. The role requires excellent organizational skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to handle confidential information, while ensuring timely and accurate reporting of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistance:

• Act as a trusted point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage the Director’s calendar, travel, and meeting schedules.
• Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, and track action points.
• Maintain confidentiality on sensitive business matters.

Sales Reporting & MIS:

• Collect, analyze, and consolidate sales data from teams/regions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance dashboards.
• Track sales achievements against targets and highlight gaps.
• Provide insights and actionable reports to support management decisions.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams for reconciliations and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience as EA/Sales Reporting/MIS Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel – Pivot, VLOOKUP, Dashboarding; PowerPoint – Presentations).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
