JOB OPENING: Executive Assistant to Director – Prime Polymart Pvt Ltd

Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi (Candidates should reside within 45 minutes of this location)

Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM (Sundays Off)

Qualification: Graduate (any field)

Experience: Freshers and experienced both can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: depending on your skills and previous experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely and efficient follow-ups (internal & external)
• Calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination
• Task delegation and team follow-ups on behalf of Director
• Handling personal errands and travel planning
• Coordination with vendors/clients via calls and emails
• Support in data/PPT/report preparation
• Maintaining confidentiality and loyalty

Required Tools Proficiency:

• Excel & Google Sheets
• PowerPoint
• Google Calendar
• WhatsApp Web
• Bonus: Canva, ChatGPT, AI tools
