Executive Assistant to the Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data, records, and document archiving with accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain management reports, trackers, and dashboards.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle daily calendar management, travel bookings, and itineraries.
  • Oversee office housekeeping and asset management.
  • Assist in maintaining personal and family records of the Director.
  • Manage hospitality arrangements and coordinate guest visits.
  • Act as company PRO for communication with clients and vendors.
  • Support miscellaneous administrative and operational activities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration or Commerce).
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience as Executive Assistant / Admin / Coordinator.
  • Proficient in

    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Candidates residing near

    Chakan

    or willing to travel daily preferred.
