Executive Assistant to CoFounder

Executive Assistant (Hybrid) – Ahmedabad

Executive Assistant to work closely with our Co-Founder,

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end scheduling for 15–20 students, including reminders, Zoom coordination, and accurate MoMs (AI tools provided).
• Maintain organised trackers, digital folders, and professional communication with students/parents.
• Respond to sales enquiries, follow up consistently, and create polished reports/presentations.
• Support the Co-Founder’s personal branding by coordinating with agencies, managing content, and handling logistics.
• Oversee travel, appointments, vendor coordination, and day-to-day personal logistics.
• Ensure smooth office/event supplies, timely gifting, and reliable completion of personal tasks.

Who You Are:

• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Zoom, AI tools (Asana/Canva a plus).
• Discreet, trustworthy, and empathetic when working with students/parents.

  Ahmedabad (office-based)

• Timings:

  10:15 am – 6:45 pm

• Weekly Off:

  Every Sunday + alternate Mondays (WFH permitted on Mondays)
