Executive Assistant to CEO

About Us:

Role Overview:

2 years of experience supporting startup founders

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify suitable incubators, accelerators, and grant opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences, including booth setup and logistics.
• Represent NexorTest at events alongside the CEO, building relationships with stakeholders.
• Assist in spreading awareness about the company through networking, outreach, and promotional activities.
• Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and tracking follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferred disciplines: Electronics, Electrical, or related).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience supporting startup founders, CXOs, or business leaders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage deadlines.
• Willingness to travel with the CEO to attend events and meetings as required.
