Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify 2D/3D CAD models and detailed engineering drawings. 
• Work on design and development of mechanical components, assemblies, and products. 
• Perform tolerance analysis, material selection, and GD&T application. 
• Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electronics, testing, manufacturing). 
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and project requirements. 

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design. 
• Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks/Creo/AutoCAD or equivalent). 
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability. 
• Familiarity with GD&T, engineering documentation, and BOM creation. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. 

Contract Details

• Engagement:

  Contractual, Full-time (onsite at client office). 

• Duration:

  3 months minimum  

• Start Date:

  Immediate. 

• Compensation:

  50,000 to 60,000 INR take home per month (based on the experience).
