This role demands strong technical expertise in international compliance standards (MIL-STD, AIS, CISPR, ISO, IEC), prior experience as an internal auditor , and a background in electronics and hardware design . Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all technical operations of EMI/EMC and environmental testing in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 . Role Overview The Tech Director will be responsible for end-to-end technology ownership of the platform — from initial MVP design to scaling the solution globally. This role requires strong technical leadership , hands-on architecture skills, and the ability to work closely with compliance SMEs and customers. You will: Architect & build the pilot version (MVP) : regulatory rules engine, compliance dashboard, and test scheduling module.
