Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO – Agri Import/Export Startup Location :Remote About the Role: Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO in daily business operations. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role suited for candidates interested in the agricultural and international trade sector. The ideal candidate thrives in early-stage, fast-paced settings and is eager to take on new challenges. Key Responsibilities:  Manage emails, daily correspondence, scheduling, calendar, and all travel and meeting arrangements for the Founder.  Serve as the point of contact between Founder, team members, clients, government agencies, Agriculture research institutes and external partners.  Assist in preparing business documents, import/export paperwork, presentations, reports, and project trackers as required.  Coordinate calls, online meetings, and in-person appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and summaries.  Organize and maintain confidential company files, documentation, and MIS reports.  Support ongoing research, data collection, and communication with local and international suppliers and buyers.  Track workflow, project updates, action items, and deadlines for the Founder and core team.  Help execute events, business development, and onboarding of new hires.  Handle sensitive business matters and ensure utmost confidentiality. Required Skills and Qualifications:  Graduate in any discipline (preference for Commerce, Business, or related fields  2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, office administrator, or in a similar support role (startup/SME experience desirable).  Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; Kannada or other South Indian language a plus.  Excellent organizing, multi-tasking, and time management abilities.  High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), virtual meeting tools, and basic internet research.  Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and anticipate CEO’s needs.  Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and proactive approach to problem-solving. Desired Traits:  Integrity, and attitude to learn  Familiarity with documentation for import/export and basic compliance is an advantage.  Comfort working in a startup or entrepreneurial setting.
