Natureloop is a new startup, embarking to solve environmental pollution, with eco-friendly consumer goods, via a D2C brand offerings range. Our comprehensive facility near Uppal, Hyderabad is looking for Executive Assistant to Founder's Office.

Qualifications

• Experience: 0-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role, ideally in a startup or fast-growing company.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus. Finance background/specialization is preferred.
• Leadership roles in college events are invited.
• Folks who are restarting their career after breaks also can apply.

Job Role & Expected Skills

• Provide administrative support to the Organization - Basic accounting, HR & other compliances for a small team.
• Ecommerce, Online leads, closing, HelpDesk role (Support for customers in case of any communication gaps), Overseeing CRM.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills (written & verbal) are needed. Decent command in English vocabulary and grammar is required;
• Need to interact effectively with executives, staff, and external stakeholders vendors, partners (shipping & other), business associates/affiliates.
• Need to Understand Catalogue & SKUs management , Bill of materials, Packaging, Costing/Pricing.
• Content creation, Performance Marketing, Brand building.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Cloud tools such as Google Workspace/MS Office - Onedrive / Zoho ERP.
• Data Aptitude: Excellent knack of information & data organizing skills, ability to identify patterns, going to any lengths establishing relationships between data sets, and incorporating formulas to get output.
• Organized: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and propose solutions, not just reporting issues. Good use of AI tools to initiate troubleshooting and solving.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic environment with the ability to anticipate needs and pivot as required.
• Domain sync: We appreciate a liking to enjoy & blend with the metal manufacturing shop-floor environment that brims with occasional fabrication noises, sparks and debris.
• Confidentiality: High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Go-Getter: Confidently should ask and get/execute what is needed to be done towards the objectives of the organization.
• 6 Day Work Week. Work from Office.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary Range: Consolidated ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 for first 6 months during probation. After confirmation, annual CTC to be up-to around ₹4,00,000.
• Incentives: Performance-based bonuses tied to key milestones and deliverables.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
