Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in providing high level support to the CEO, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level support to the CEO in daily operations and strategic tasks
• Manage calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel plans
• Prepare reports, presentations, and follow-ups on key business activities
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors on behalf of the CEO
• Track project deadlines, business commitments, and maintain confidentiality
• Assist in planning and execution of business events, reviews, and presentations
• Ensure effective communication flow between CEO and all departments

Candidate Profile:

• MBA (Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Advertising or Media
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with the OOH/Advertising industry is a strong plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
