Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant Intern, you will provide direct support to our executive team. Your role involves managing schedules, facilitating communication, creating presentations, and assisting with projects. You should be highly organized, tech-savvy, and resourceful, with excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. Preference is given to candidates who have studied abroad and are comfortable using modern productivity and design tools. Your key responsibilities include calendar management, communication support, documentation & reporting, meeting coordination, project assistance, design & creative support, data & analytics support, maintaining confidentiality, and relationship management. You must be fluent in English and Malayalam, proficient in Figma, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite, and have strong organizational and multitasking abilities. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, with prior experience in administrative or executive support roles being advantageous. You should be adaptable, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. Kindly confirm your willingness to relocate within Kerala, primarily Calicut.
