Executive Assistant

Role Overview: You will be a part of a global leader in wind energy solutions, supporting the growth ambitions by assisting top management leaders. Your key responsibilities will include sharpening business outcomes, tracking performance metrics, generating review decks, and working on high-level missions and goals. You will work in various areas such as Strategy, Business Development, Finance & Investment, EPC Projects, Manufacturing, Technology Transformation, Human Resources, and other key functions. This role is based at the HO in Hadapsar, Pune. Key Responsibilities: - Assist top management leaders in sharpening business outcomes - Track performance metrics effectively - Generate review decks for business analysis - Work on high-level missions and goals across different functions Qualifications Required: - Engineering and MBA degree from top institutes - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Development, Finance & Investment, EPC Projects, Manufacturing, Technology Transformation, Human Resources, or related functions with reputed organizations.,
