Job Description

Job Summary:

EA/ Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of related to tools, including the issuance and tracking of all tools. This role ensures tools are available, properly maintained, and calibrated to support manufacturing and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of tool issuance, return, and inventory using manual logs or tool management software.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of required tools.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of tools in the tool room.
Support tool design changes, modifications, and improvement projects.
Work closely with the procurement team to reorder tools as needed.
Implement and enforce safety and 5S practices in the tool room.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on tool inventory status, tool life, and consumption.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in mechanical or related field.
2~4 years of experience in tool room operations or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of various tools.
Familiarity with MS Office.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Basic understanding of CNC machining and tooling concepts is a plus.
