Role Overview:

Operations Executive / Assistant Manager

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage

  end-to-end event operations

  including logistics, vendor coordination, and execution.
• Conduct

  venue recce and feasibility assessments

  for upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with

  fabrication teams

  for stall setups, branding, and production requirements.
• Prepare and maintain

  operations trackers, budgets, and reports

  using Excel.
• Develop and present

  operations decks and execution plans

  (PPT proficiency required).
• Work closely with creative, client servicing, and production teams to align project requirements.
• Supervise

  on-ground execution

  ensuring timelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, cost negotiations, and timely deliveries.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges during live events.

🎯 Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Event Management, Business, Hospitality, or related fields.

• 3–7 years of experience

  in event operations (agency background preferred).
• Proficient in

  MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

• Strong knowledge of

  recce, fabrication processes, and event logistics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and on-ground challenges.
• Flexible to travel frequently for events across locations.
