Job Description

Technical Skills:

Calendar & Schedule Management

Manage and prioritize the Business Heads calendar, including meetings, appointments, travel, and events.
Coordinate and confirm internal and external meetings.

Communication & Correspondence

Draft and manage emails, memos, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Business Head.
Act as a point of contact between the Business Head and internal/external stakeholders.

Meeting Coordination

Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Organize leadership reviews, client meetings, and team offsites.

Information & Document Management

Maintain and organize confidential documents, reports, and business records.
Ensure timely preparation of reports, dashboards, and business insights.

Stakeholder Management

Liaise with senior management, clients, and vendors professionally and efficiently.
Support internal communication and alignment across departments.

Task & Project Tracking

Help monitor progress on strategic initiatives and departmental goals.
Follow up with key team members for updates and deliverables.

Confidentiality & Discretion

Handle sensitive business information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
