Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Chandigarh, India
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to the CEO to support both professional and personal tasks. This is a dynamic role that combines executive-level assistance with personal support, requiring flexibility, discretion, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
• Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers)
• Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond on behalf of the CEO
• Prepare reports, presentations, official documents, and meeting briefs
• Take dictation and maintain detailed meeting minutes
• Handle personal errands such as shopping, pickups, or other daily tasks
• Maintain and organize files, supplies, and office systems
• Conduct research for projects or upcoming meetings
• Handle confidential documents with utmost professionalism and discretion
• Provide flexible support based on CEO’s evolving needs

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and shorthand
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
• Trustworthy, professional, and discreet with sensitive information
• Willingness to travel with the management team as and when required
