Job Description

Process and manage monthly payroll for on-roll & off-roll employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and statutory regulations. • Maintained 100% data accuracy for PAN India master data and developed executive dashboards for board meetings. • Administered performance reviews, promotions, and retention strategies, ensuring fair evaluation through the bell curve methodology. • Managed compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and incentives to attract and retain top talent. • Ensured timely payments for NPS & flexi benefits while coordinating with external vendors for benefits administration. • Handled full & final settlements (F&F) by preparing and processing settlement reports. • Monitored changes in labor laws and ensured compliance with tax, minimum wage, and other statutory requirements. • Conducted quarterly payroll audits to maintain accuracy and rectify discrepancies. • Collaborated with HR and Finance teams to optimize payroll operations and resolve employee inquiries. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to address employee inquiries, resolve payroll discrepancies, and provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters. • Ensured adherence to all statutory requirements related to PF, ESI, PT, IT, and the Labour Welfare Fund. • Prepared and submitted reports to government agencies, including annual returns for wages, bonuses, and tax compliance. • Partnered with external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain payroll integrity. • Prepared HROps budget
