Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and polished Executive Assistant who can represent a premium luxury brand with impeccable communication, strong presentation standards, and refined professionalism. The ideal candidate will be confident interacting with high-profile clients, senior leaders, and international stakeholders. This role requires someone who understands the expectations of a luxury environment, carries a well-groomed and confident presence, and can effectively support the MD while managing key administrative and coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage the MDs calendar, including coordination of meetings, appointments, and domestic/international travel.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, meeting notes, and communication material for the MD.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure timely follow-ups on commitments.

Client Interaction & Brand Representation

  • Act as the first point of contact and represent the brand with a polished, composed, and professional demeanor.
  • Interact confidently with high-profile clients, luxury consumers, senior executives, and international visitors.
  • Understand luxury customer expectations and bring a refined approach to communication and service delivery.
  • Handle client requests and escalations with tact, sensitivity, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Maintain brand consistency in behaviour, communication, and professional presence.

Administrative & Office Coordination

  • Oversee travel arrangements, logistics, office supplies, vendor coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Support the MDs office with documentation, record management, tracking expenses, and operational tasks.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external meetings, events, and engagements.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with luxury brands in hospitality, premium airlines, luxury retail, corporate houses, or similar customer-facing sectors.
  • Exposure to international clients or global business environments.
  • Prior experience working closely with CXO-level leadership.
