Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle emails, communication, and follow-ups on behalf of the senior leader.
  • Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and event planning.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Track action items and ensure timely completion.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Professional etiquette and problem-solving skills.
