Executive Assistant (Intern)

Experience: Open to freshers passionate about organization, communication, and multitasking. Any internship or experience in admin, HR, or coordination roles will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

  • Proven interest or basic experience in administrative or executive support functions.
  • Should have a good understanding of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to assist in preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
  • Basic knowledge or willingness to learn virtual assistance and online collaboration tools.
  • Must be able to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities and multitask efficiently.
  • Should have a proactive approach to problem-solving with sound decision-making skills.
  • Assist in answering phone calls, routing them appropriately, or taking detailed messages.
  • Support basic bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks.
  • Help in filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
  • Conduct research and gather data to prepare documents and presentations for meetings.
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials and accurately recording minutes.
  • Greet and coordinate with visitors, ensuring professional communication.
  • Should be comfortable using software tools for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
  • Help with travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and maintaining executive calendars.
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and managing digital or physical records.
  • Assist with sorting and distributing incoming correspondence, emails, and memos.
  • Provide overall administrative and operational support as required.
  • Must possess professional-level verbal and written communication skills, along with a pleasing personality.
