About the Internship Role As an Executive Intern , you won’t just be doing “support” work—you’ll be working directly with the core leadership team , playing an active role in shaping and driving real-world projects that empower youth and explore tech-enabled social transformation . You’ll be part researcher, part strategist, part storyteller—and 100% impact-driven. Key Responsibilities Work closely with EvolvingX founders on strategic initiatives across youth leadership, innovation labs, and digital skilling. Co-create presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for partners, donors, and collaborators. Conduct research and curate insights on global models of youth empowerment, EdTech, and digital transformation. Assist in designing & executing outreach campaigns to attract and engage high-potential young changemakers. Support event planning, hackathons, or demo days—both virtually and on-ground (if applicable). Document stories, case studies, and impact reports to showcase the project's evolution. Coordinate across different workstreams and bring operational excellence to fast-moving ideas. What We’re Looking For Passionate about youth leadership, social impact, and innovation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Curious, self-driven, and capable of handling ambiguity. Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, Notion, Google Suite, or any project management tool. Background in entrepreneurship, technology, public policy, education, or social sciences is a plus—but passion outweighs degree.
