JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Summary-
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive ChiefExecutiveAssistantwith 4+ years of experience to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating daily tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
ExecutiveSupport:
Manage and maintain the CEO's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-ups for meetings.
Screen and prioritize incoming correspondence and calls, ensuring the CEO's time is focused on critical matters.
Coordination and Communication:
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
Facilitate clear and efficient communication across all channels.
Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
Administrative Oversight:
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Develop and manage efficient filing and record-keeping systems.
Oversee office operations related to the CEO's needs, ensuring productivity and organization.
Project Management:
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
Monitor project timelines and alert the CEO of potential delays or critical updates.
Travel and Event Planning:
Plan, organize, and execute travel itineraries and accommodations.
Coordinate and manage events, meetings, or conferences attended or hosted by the CEO.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years as an PersonalAssistant
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Attributes:
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
