Executive Assistant in Kolkata

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Serve as the primary point of contact between management and the team, facilitating communication and information flow.
• Manage day-to-day administrative activities including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining calendars.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
• Support operations by helping with HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and event organization.
• Aid in managing spreadsheets for budgets, daily tasks, projects, team performance tracking, etc.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that customer requirements are effectively translated into actionable tasks.
• Provide basic technical support when necessary.
• Handle clients as and when applicable on the organization’s behalf.
  

Work Schedule

• This position requires working six days a week from the office. Flexibility to ensure availability, even on holidays, is appreciated to meet the demands of the role.
  

Compensation

• Salary will range from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 CTC per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Leave Policy

• The employee is allowed 12 Earned Leaves and 7 Casual Leaves in a financial year, credited on a pro-rata basis at the beginning of each month.
  

Travel Requirements

• Intracity and sometimes outstation travel may be necessary for certain tasks. Travel costs incurred will be reimbursed.
