The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior management.
• Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
• Assist in coordination with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Maintain confidential records and manage sensitive information responsibly.
• Support in planning and execution of business operations and events.
• Ensure smooth office administration and follow-up on assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.

Job Details:

• Job Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
• Location: Sector 4, Noida
