Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Executive Assistant to support senior management at our mattress manufacturing facility in Phase IV, Bhiwadi. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling executive-level responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of management
• Draft reports, emails, and business documents
• Organize travel and logistics for company executives
• Maintain filing systems and manage confidential information
• Support with administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations

Requirements:

• Male/Female both can apply
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Work Schedule:

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Location: Phase IV, Bhiwadi

Salary:

₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
