Job Description

We’re looking for a high-energy, sales-savvy, and tech-curious Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO. This isn’t your typical EA role – it’s a fast-paced opportunity to act as a growth partner and mini–Chief of Staff, working across strategy, operations, sales, and marketing.You’ll be at the center of decision-making, helping scale initiatives in AI, automation, next-gen products, global marketing, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with the CEO to drive business growth and expansion.
Support AI, ML, and next-gen product initiatives.
Coordinate global marketing & demand generation activities.
Manage client relations, partnerships, and sales opportunities.
Assist in operations, processes, and scaling key business functions.
Take ownership of special projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution.
Sit in on key meetings, prepare briefs, and ensure follow-through on action items.
Research, prioritize, and ship high-impact workstreams.
