About the Role

Executive Assistant cum Founder’s Office Associate

You’ll be the Founder’s right hand - managing priorities, driving follow-through, setting up systems, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistance

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, travel, meetings, and time optimization
  • Act as the communication bridge between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare briefs, reports, follow-ups, and action trackers
  • Draft emails, create presentations, and maintain documentation
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Founder’s Office Support

  • Drive special projects across operations, client success, partnerships, and hiring
  • Perform research (market, competitive, operational) and deliver clear insights
  • Build SOPs, workflows, and dashboards (Notion, Sheets, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Support decision-making with data-backed recommendations
  • Track KPIs, follow up with teams, and ensure task closures

Operations, Automation & Digital Execution

  • Assist with client onboarding, internal coordination, and cross-functional communication
  • Optimize internal processes using

    AI and automation tools

    (Zapier, Make, native tools)
  • Set up and maintain basic automations to improve execution speed and accuracy
  • Draft, schedule, and send

    operational and marketing emails

  • Create and manage

    Eventbrite events

    and

    Facebook Events

  • Post and manage updates on

    Facebook Pages

  • Schedule and publish content on

    Pinterest

  • Ensure consistency, timelines, and execution across all platforms
  • Maintain clear visibility for the Founder through trackers and updates

This is an execution and operations support role - not a growth marketing or paid ads position.

    Experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff Assistant, or Founder’s Office Associate
  • Excellent written & verbal English; confident global communication style
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly proactive — anticipates needs, flags risks early, executes independently
  • Tech-savvy and

    AI-fluent

    (Notion, Zapier, Make, CRMs, automation tools)
  • Comfortable working across

    US / UK / UAE / India time zones

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • 90% EAs will be working in US time zone only (Night Shift)
