About the Company:
Join a reputed TMT Coal manufacturing firm based in Varanasi. We are seeking a dedicated and organized female Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team and ensure smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle daily correspondence
• Organize internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements
• Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and presentations
• Maintain filing systems and track important business records
• Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an executive or administrative assistant role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Work Hours:
10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary:
₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
