Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support senior management in our Jewellery retail business. The candidate will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, appointments, and travel schedules for senior leadership.
• Handle correspondence, documentation, and confidential files.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in operational and administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure smooth communication flow between management and staff.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in Jewellery/Retail industry preferred.
