Salary: ₹35,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a Female Executive Assistant to support senior management in a reputed Renewable Energy (Solar) company based in Bhikaji Cama Place, Delhi. The ideal candidate should be smart, proactive, and skilled in handling administrative, scheduling, and communication tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior management.
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth office coordination.
Assist in travel planning, meeting logistics, and follow-ups.

Requirements

Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate.
Experience: 2–5 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Presentable, confident, and reliable.
