Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant (Female only) to support senior management in a Fabrics Trading company. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and executive support to the senior management team.
• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
• Handle communication, emails, and follow-ups professionally.
• Maintain records, documents, and filing systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and organizing company events or business travel.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
