Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Faridabad. The Executive Assistant will support the leadership team by managing daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, and preparing documentation. Responsibilities include creating and managing expense reports, providing executive support for meetings and projects, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. The role demands attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective support for executives in their day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
Strong expertise in Executive Support and related tasks
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in office software and tools
