The role is part of the Corporate Centre vertical and involves working closely with the CEO's office and business team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering data from various business heads for drafting the required details for meetings
  • Preparing minutes of meetings
  • Handling correspondence directed to the CEO
  • Multitasking and prioritizing work
  • Managing the CEO's calendar

Requirements

  • 4 to 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to MD/Sr VP/Director/CXO
  • Excellent experience in managing schedules, drafting, reviewing, and sending communication on behalf of the CEO's office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Comfortable interacting with high-level executives
  • Attention to detail
