About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and entrepreneurial Executive Assistant / Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with the Founder and leadership team. This is not a traditional assistant role — it’s a hybrid of strategy, operations, and execution, ideal for someone who wants to be part of the inner circle driving business decisions, managing key projects, and ensuring the Founder’s time and priorities are optimized.
You’ll serve as the execution arm of the Founder, helping turn ideas into action across multiple business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Coordination
● Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, travel, and communication with precision.
● Prioritize and filter tasks, ensuring the Founder focuses on high-impact goals.
● Draft emails, presentations, and documents for investor, partner, or team communication.
● Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted gatekeeper and representative of the Founder.
Founder’s Office Operations
● Oversee and drive key initiatives across departments, ensuring timely execution.
● Prepare business reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for leadership meetings.
● Manage special projects end-to-end — from research and planning to execution and follow-up.
● Maintain alignment between teams and leadership — ensuring decisions are well-communicated and tracked.
Research, Strategy & Planning
● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data gathering for strategic decisions.
● Support pitch decks, business proposals, and partnership documentation.
● Prepare meeting briefs and actionable insights for the Founder before key discussions.
● Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and provide weekly updates.
Internal & External Communication
● Act as a bridge between the Founder and internal teams, ensuring clarity and accountability.
● Liaise with external stakeholders, investors, and partners professionally.
● Manage follow-ups, minutes, and communication loops from key meetings.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).
● 2–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff Associate, or Founder’s Office role.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
● High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
● Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Trello, and Excel/Sheets.
● Startup or fast-paced business environment experience preferred.
