Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the elastics and textile sectors.
Engage with garment manufacturers, exporters, and buying houses to pitch relevant products.
Meet assigned sales targets through focused planning and regular client visits.
Maintain a sales pipeline and track progress using CRM or relevant tools.

Marketing Strategy:

Assist in executing marketing campaigns and product promotions in coordination with the marketing team.
Gather feedback from customers to support product positioning and promotional strategy.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events as required.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key buyers in the textile industry.
Act as the primary liaison for major clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Address client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and resolve complaints effectively.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
Monitor competitor activities and report market trends to the reporting manager.
Ensure timely submission of daily/weekly sales activity reports

Requirements:

Education
: Bachelor of degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
:

5-8 years in sales & marketing.
Proven track record of success in the elastics, textile, or related industries preferable
Local Language preferable
