Prepare and verify import documentation such as AWB/ bills of lading,
invoices, COO, form 1 and customs declarations. Coordination with various regulatory authorities to get NOC Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations. Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory purposes.
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delays or issues.
Coordinate with warehouse teams for delivery.
Negotiate shipping contracts and optimize freight costs.
Manage end-to-end import processes including shipment planning,
tracking, customs clearance and delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods. Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport companies. Basic understandings on export/ re export procedures
