Role & responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

Maintain accurate
bookkeeping records
and day-to-day
data entry
in
Tally ERP
Manage
accounts payable and receivable
including vendor payments and customer collections
Prepare and verify
purchase bills
,
sales invoices
, and
debit/credit notes
Oversee
cash handling
, petty cash records, and daily cash reconciliation
Handle
ledger postings
,
bank transfers
, and assist in
monthly bank reconciliations
Ensure proper
filing of vouchers
, invoices, and supporting documents for audit readiness
Submit
periodic financial reports
to the HO accounts team

Administrative Duties

Maintain
gate entry receipts
, inward/outward registers, and material movement records
Assist in
employee attendance records
, staff coordination, and document control
Ensure smooth
day-to-day yard administration
including courier, stationery, and vendor coordination
Support
statutory compliance documentation
and local record maintenance

Preferred candidate profile

Ethical and credible, adhering to principles and key values
Trustworthy - handles cash and financial data with integrity
Ensures accuracy in entries and documentation
Clear coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Outstanding numerical and recording skills
Can independently manage site-level responsibilities
