Your activities

Review of order (Customer Purchase Order)
Order entry in the ERP System
Internal Sales Order Generation
Documentation Preparation
Documentation Submission, CRS Preparation
Technical Discussions on queries, receiving Documentation Approval for manufacturing release
Documentation Management
Excel implementation of model coded templates
Order release activities.
Factory and vendor co-ordination
Order expediting and customer interaction (For small orders)
Communication & co-ordination with all Stakeholders
Arrangement of Inspection & Quality checks
Submission of Quality Documents
Creating Pro-forma and final invoice
Creating Preliminary packing list.
Customer co-ordination in case of post order post-delivery issues.
Order Invoicing
Project Final Documentation Preparation & Submission
Project Closure and Drafting Lesson Learnt of the Project
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
Timely and Clear Communication
Co-ordination with all Stakeholders
