Job Summary

Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:-

Coordinate and schedule all training and workshop activities as per the event readiness process.
Manage venue bookings for onsite/offsite training sessions and provide on-ground support when required.
Ensure proper setup of training facilities and required equipment.
Communicate effectively with instructors, vendors, and internal teams via email and calls.
Block trainer availability in line with the training calendar.
Manage end-to-end activities on the Learning Management System (LMS), including:

Enrollment, scheduling, and rescheduling
Tracking class readiness and profitability
Communicating with delegates and vendors
Handling feedback and generating purchase orders

Assist trainers and customers with training-related queries through email or phone.
Document all cases, generate tickets, and maintain detailed reports in MS Excel.
Prepare and share daily/weekly performance and financial reports.
