1. Ensuring accounting records are prepared and reviewed in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
2. Drive transparency with accurate and timely closure of all assigned tasks.
1. Ensuring sound quality of financial statements, tax audit reports and income tax calculations.
2. Ensure timely closure of audits with close coordination with relevant stakeholders to reinforce financial integrity and regulatory adherence.
3.Mitigate legal & compliance risks by ensuring adherence to applicable statutory compliances
1. Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement, communication and periodic governance
2. Foster retention and growth within the assigned portfolio.
1. Oversee team management, focusing on retention and professional development.
2. Strong cross-functional collaboration to provide comprehensive support to clients
1. Ensure optimum utilization of GL processors and reviewers by effective load balancing of tasks
2. Ensure adherence to organizational policies.
3. Effective execution of the process improvement and digital transformation projects
4. Strong control over assigned portfolio by tracking, monitoring and reporting performance of the process to stakeholders at defined intervals
