𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in higher educational institutions, Engineering Colleges.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our EdTech solutions.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting, including pipeline management, forecasts, and sales performance analysis.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Degree in B.Tech /B.E , BBA ,MBA in Marketing, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in sales, preferably atleast 1 year of experience in the Higher Education industry,B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets 1Crore plus in a Year.
- Strong understanding of the education sector, with knowledge of the EdTech landscape and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections.
